COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT

Growth supported by practical priorities.

Portfolio development centres on the customer need, the quality of product information and the ability to coordinate supply. The four food categories provide complementary routes to wholesale, specialist retail and individual customer demand.

The digital direction combines the development of online-shop capabilities with direct commercial relationships. Better product information and clearer order coordination support scale while preserving access to people for questions that need an individual answer.
