2. Company role and website purpose

RESTITUIT FOOD TRADING s. r. o. coordinates the food trading companies of the RESTITUIT group and supervises the group’s investments in those businesses. Its role is management, investment oversight and the administration of returns within the group. Operational trading in goods is carried out by its subsidiary TPME Trade s.r.o.

The website presents the company, its group relationships and food product categories. It does not provide a shopping cart, accept orders or payments, or create a goods supply contract simply by browsing a page or opening a contact link.

3. Enquiries and commercial transactions

Our company contacts allow direct communication with people responsible for the relevant business matter. An enquiry can be referred to the appropriate operating company. A transaction arises only through the applicable offer, acceptance and other legally required steps with the identified contracting party.

Product availability, prices, specifications, payment, delivery, withdrawal rights, guarantees and complaints handling for a purchase are governed by the information and contract terms supplied by the actual seller. These website terms do not replace those terms or reduce mandatory rights.

4. Product information

Descriptions and images introduce product groups, including cheese, gourmet foods, foods intended to meet particular allergen requirements, and food-grade salt. A category description does not establish that every product is free from every allergen. Product-specific composition, allergen information, specifications and the applicable label must be considered for the particular product.

Any specific product claim must be read in its stated context. Statutory food information requirements, including Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011 where applicable, remain unaffected.

5. Content and permitted use

Company names, logos, product presentations, text and visual materials are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual property law and third-party rights. You may view the website and retain reasonable extracts for your own lawful information and business reference, subject to any rights notices.

Permission must be obtained for uses that require the rights holder’s authorisation, including republishing protected content or using a brand in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation. Statutory exceptions remain available. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code or use the content unlawfully.

The operator, seller, privacy information and terms of the destination service apply to activity there. A link does not make RESTITUIT FOOD TRADING s. r. o. the seller for a transaction on another website.

7. Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care in maintaining the company information and the website’s operation. Maintenance, updates or circumstances outside our control may affect access. Please inform us of an apparent error through our company contacts so that we can examine it.

Responsibility for loss or damage is determined by applicable law and any valid agreement governing the particular matter. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or remove rights provided by mandatory consumer protection rules.

Slovak law and applicable European Union law govern this website and these terms. This does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection available under the law that applies in the absence of a choice of law. Jurisdiction and access to courts are determined by the applicable mandatory rules.

The website is available in English, Slovak, Czech, Polish, Ukrainian, German and Hungarian. The language versions are intended to convey the same meaning; choosing a language does not waive statutory language or consumer rights. Changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not alter rights already acquired under a separate agreement.
