1. Controller and contact
The controller is RESTITUIT FOOD TRADING s. r. o., Komenského ul. 266/40, 945 01 Komárno, Slovakia; company identification number (IČO): 57 863 318; registered in the Commercial Register of Mestský súd Košice, Section Sro, Insert No. 67324/V.
For privacy enquiries and requests concerning your personal data, contact info@restituitfood.com, call +421 917 401 347, or write to our registered office.
2. Information involved
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide: your name, business role, company, email address or telephone number, and the content and context of your enquiry. Please provide only information relevant to the business matter; we do not request identity documents or health information through this website.
To deliver a page, the hosting infrastructure necessarily receives technical connection information, such as an IP address, the requested resource and browser request headers. The functions provided by RESTITUIT FOOD TRADING do not create visitor profiles or collect analytics events. Processing carried out independently by a hosting or access-management provider is described in that provider’s applicable privacy information.
RESTITUIT FOOD TRADING does not provide customer accounts, contact forms, checkout, payment collection or newsletter registration through these pages. An email or telephone link opens your own communication application; the company page functions do not submit an enquiry.
Published names and professional roles of company representatives come from company information and official business records. These details identify the organisation and the people responsible for its activities. Private identity documents, home addresses and private contact details are not published on the company pages.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We handle enquiries, maintain professional contacts and organise relevant communication with business partners on the basis of our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. These interests are responsive business communication and the effective administration of our group coordination role. We assess necessity and the impact on the people concerned. Professional representative information supports corporate transparency on the same legitimate-interest basis; legally required company disclosures are based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Where you personally are a party to a contract, or ask us to take steps before entering into one, processing that is necessary for those purposes is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. This basis does not automatically apply merely because you represent a company.
Where a specific legal obligation requires us to process or retain information, we rely on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, including obligations relating to statutory records and the handling of data protection requests, as applicable to the particular matter.
Necessary protection of our communications and website, and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, may be based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, after balancing our interests against individual rights. Visiting the website or sending an enquiry does not itself constitute consent to unrelated processing.
4. Access, recipients and group companies
Access is limited to authorised persons who need the information for the relevant purpose. Necessary recipients may include providers of IT and communication services, professional advisers, and public authorities where disclosure is required or legally justified. Providers acting as processors must be subject to the safeguards required by Article 28 GDPR. We do not sell personal data.
If your enquiry concerns the operational food trading activities of our subsidiary TPME Trade s.r.o., we may direct it to that company with the information necessary to answer it, in line with your request and an appropriate legal basis. Membership of the RESTITUIT group does not in itself permit unrestricted sharing. A group company acting as an independent controller provides information about its own processing.
5. International transfers
Where a service arrangement involves a transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer may take place only in accordance with Chapter V GDPR, using an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards and any necessary supplementary measures. You may contact us for information about a transfer relevant to your data and how to obtain a copy of the applicable safeguards.
6. Retention and protection
We retain correspondence only as long as needed to resolve the matter, administer the relevant relationship, fulfil an applicable legal duty, or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. The criteria include the nature of the enquiry, the duration of the relationship, statutory retention duties and applicable limitation periods. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymised. We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature and risks of the processing and limit access according to responsibility.
7. Your rights
Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data and a copy, correction of inaccurate data, completion of incomplete data, erasure, or restriction of processing.
You have a right to data portability where processing is automated and based on your consent or a contract with you. If a particular activity is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on you based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
Providing information for an enquiry is voluntary. Without sufficient contact details or relevant information, we may be unable to answer or take the requested steps. Browsing the company pages does not require you to provide business contact information.
8. Right to object
You may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on our legitimate interests. We will stop that processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is needed for legal claims. An enquiry does not enrol you in marketing. If data is ever processed for direct marketing, you may object to that use at any time and it must stop.
9. Requests and complaints
Send requests to info@restituitfood.com or our registered office. We respond without undue delay and normally within one month. Where the GDPR permits an extension due to complexity or the number of requests, we notify you within that month of the reasons and the extension, which may be up to two further months.
Requests are ordinarily free of charge. Where there are reasonable doubts about identity, we may request only the additional information necessary to confirm it. Any refusal or fee is limited to the circumstances permitted by the GDPR, with reasons and information about available remedies.
You may lodge a complaint with Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Galvaniho Business Centrum II, Galvaniho 7/B, 821 04 Bratislava, Slovakia; https://dataprotection.gov.sk/. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or alleged infringement. Your right to a judicial remedy is unaffected.
10. Related services and policy changes
Our Cookie Policy describes the technical operation of the company pages. External websites, including https://jazmar.shop/ and https://restituit.eu/, have their own operators and privacy information.
We keep this policy aligned with the operation of the website. If a change introduces a new processing purpose or other material change affecting your data, we provide the information required by law before that processing takes place.
